Since World Mission recycles the same engine used by the Xenoverse series, you can use our existing tools with this game! Unfortunately, the fiiles of the steam version of the game are compressed and we're still looking into it, but in the meantime these should work with most files other than character models.
These tools by DarioSamo and olganix will help extract and alter the models, textures and animations and materials of the game. Basic usage for the tools is to drag and drop the file you want to edit EMD (model), ESK (skeleton), EAN (animation), EMM (material), EMB (texture) onto it's corresponding progam e.g. to convert an EMD model into an FBX you could open in 3D software, just drop the EMD onto emdfbx, and vice-versa to repack.
Note: to convert and EMD into an FBX with a rigged skeleton, select both the ESK and EMD and drop onto emdfbx together. More in-depth tutorials on games using Dimps' in-house engine can be found in the Xenoverse boards.
