I am new to modding, just learned how to make movesets compatible with tail animations... Now i'm trying to figure out how to fix the situation with ss3 transformation and above that keeps the characters running in place. I'm also new to this forum, so I haven't really found a thread about this yet... Anyone knows how to fix this?
Old tutorial by t3l3s from the Citadel discord server (ean part is way easier with the newer tools we got, but the basic work is still the same):
Requirements - Eanorganizer - Genser 1.8 (For this specific tutorial it will be easier to use version 1.8 after you get some practise you ca use last version)
Note: Not going to explain how to work with Eanorganizer just going to tell the command for this tutorial we are going to give BDK.ean a SSj3 Stance We are going to copy the SSJ3 stance from Gok.ean and BAC Materials are on the "Stuff" folder
So first lets add the stance to GBR.ean For this we need to copy the ground and the flying animation from the SSj3 stance present on GOK.ean
I - Eanorganizer Part 1. Open Eanorganizer Load BDK.ean Load Gok.ean 2. To know where is the stance to copy write this command GetAnimList 1 3. As you can see the Stance are on Index 90 and 91 We are going to copy this animations and Insert them on GBR.ean The aimations need to be inserted in the end of GBR ean so type this command GetAnimList 0 4. BDK ean ends on animation 81 so to insert the stance we do this commands Copy 1 90 Insert 0 82 Copy 1 91 Insert 0 83 5. Now you can type GetAnimList 0 to see the 2 new added animations 6. Now we save Save 0 NewName.ean 7. You are going to need to know the Index of this 2 new animation Index 82 and Index 83 82 is the Ground stance and 83 is the air stance So remember this numbers it will be required for the BAC
II - BAC part 1 . Drag BDK BAC and GOK BAC to Genser 2. Open GOK BAC The SSj3 entries are between Bacentry 224 and Bacentry 226 of GOK BAC So on Notepad++ press Cntrl + F (search) and write <BacEntry idx="224" Press Enter 3. Now your going to copy everything from <BacEntry idx="224" flags="0x0"> to <BacEntry idx="226" flags="0x0"> 4. Open BDK BAC and do the search thing Cntrl+F (search) write <BacEntry idx="224" flags="0x0"> in the box Press enter 5. Now on BDK bac select everything from <BacEntry idx="224" flags="0x0"> to <BacEntry idx="226" flags="0x0"> and press cntrl + V to paste what you copy from GOK bac 6. Now we need to correct the EAN_INDEX of Ground and Air stance animation for that your going to need the 2 numbers I told you to remember 82 for ground and 83 for air <BacEntry idx="224" is for the ground and <BacEntry idx="225" is for the air 7. This Values need to be in HEX So to Calculate the HEX from 82 and 83 Start your Windows Calculator and change to Programmer mode now insert the values 82 and then 83 (Note you need to put 0x before the HEX number) So the HEX of 82 is 52 and the HEX of 83 is 53 SO it will be 0x52 and 0x53 8. Now on Bacentry 224 search for <EAN_INDEX value="0x5a" /> and change it to <EAN_INDEX value="0x52" /> On BacEntry 225 search for <EAN_INDEX value="0x5b" /> and change it to <EAN_INDEX value="0x53" /> 9. Now Save 10. Drag the BDK_PLAYER.bac.XML to Genser 11. That's it If you have any trouble look in the folder "Finished Files" and compare your files to the ones I made
